Santa Clara is located in the southern slopes of the Antigua Valley, between 5,100 and 6,000 feet, is privileged to have one of the finest volcanic soils to produce specialty coffee, ya volcano. The plantation is also super shady (like the good kind) which allows the coffee trees to receive the perfect amount of sunshine required to produce this fine and aromatic coffee. The hand picked fruit is processed and washed in a traditional mill with natural filtered water and then sun dried for days in patios, giving the beans a distinctive blue-green color. Antigua having the highest standards of quality monitors constantly to maintain the quality & consistency of the process to ensure we get the best beans possible.
Best Served: Black no sugar required unless you're in to that kind of thing
